
Focus on Alignment Workshop

In this workshop we will explore the physical aspects of yoga practice. We will also identify areas of common tightness and misalignment and how to modify safely.
If you have ever been wondering if you are doing a pose right or thinking that you should be getting more out of it, we will address that. This workshop will focus on the more commonly practiced postures in yoga class. We will learn when to breathe to open and close a pose, foot placement, what muscles are engaged and more.
Let's ensure yoga practice is started off on the right foot.
