
Lisa Phillips

Lisa has practiced yoga for over 15 years. Her studies have included Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. This journey has been an amazing and transformative practice for her.
Lisa has been blessed to be a student of Yoga Yoga for the 200 hour Hatha Teacher Training, Seane Corn for both Vinyasa Teacher Training and Chakra Flow, and Sadie Nardini's Teacher Training classes. Lisa has also studied Radiant Child Yoga with Shakta Kaur Khalsa. These studies involved using yoga as therapy for children with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, anxiety, vision impairments and other learning and developmental challenges that face our children. Lisa is currently working on her 500 hour RYT Certification.
Lisa has been a lifelong student of texts and teachers. During her journey, she has become certified in Reiki I, II & III. She then furthered her education with Reiki Teacher Training, so that she could teach others how to share it. Lisa incorporates Reiki into her yoga practice and will often work sending energy to the class during Savasana. Releasing energy blocks with a yoga sequence provides the perfect opening to receive Reiki during Savasana.

Favorite yoga pose: Savasana after a good vinyasa sequence is Heaven! In Savasana, the mind is finally clear and the extra stuff just fades away. I am Me and the rest of the stuff doesn't matter anymore.
What do you love most about teaching: Sharing my passion for this journey with others and getting to be there to help and guide them.
