Following are some guidelines for those new to Yoga Sanctuary:

• Please take the elevator to the second floor - we are located above Georgio's Gifts. You may find it more convenient to park in the back parking lot close to the elevator.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to fill out a new student form. During your first visit we will help you get acquainted with the studio and make sure you have everything you need for your first class with us.
• Please turn off cell phones when you arrive. You will see a spot to place your shoes outside our entrance. We have space designed to store your belongings during class inside our studio.
• Free mats are available for use. We encourage regular students to use a personal mat that will develop your own personal oils and energy! We have a wide selection of mats for sale in all price ranges in our boutique.
• When choosing which classes to attend, please review the class descriptions of levels and styles of class. We offer a wide range of classes for all levels - should you ever have any questions about which class to try, please let us know.
