
Babies are born yogis. Once we were all able to pull our toes up by our ears and laugh about it. Then we aged, got injured, began carrying stress in our shoulders, back and hips. In short, we lost our balance.
Yoga is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, and spirit. It brings us balance.
EveryBODY is welcome at Yoga Sanctuary. Whether you have a regular yoga practice or the idea of yoga is just a glimmer in your eye, we have classes that will inspire and challenge you.
At Yoga Sanctuary we offer many different styles of yoga so that you can find a style that works for you and your needs at a given time. One day you may want a rigorous athletic practice, and the following day you may want to find more stillness and restoration. We offer a variety of classes all throughout the day and evening, 7 days a week, to allow you to explore exactly what you need for your mind, body and soul. We want to help you find your own personal path on the yoga journey.
Walking through our doors you will find a beautiful, safe yoga sanctuary nurtured by compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated teachers – an inclusive environment to help you unravel, experiment and evolve the practice of yoga.
